Consent for Photographs and Videos

Saint Mary’s College of California regularly captures photographs, videos, and sound recordings of campus activities and events to document and share these moments with the community and the public. By entering the campus or enrolling as a student, you understand and agree that your image and sound may be captured in various formats. Saint Mary’s will make reasonable efforts to notify and obtain photo releases or written consent from individuals when their image is the primary focus or they are singled out. However, Saint Mary’s reserves the right to use such images without specific consent and to remove any photograph for any reason.
