The major in Media Production is for students who wish to study and practice the interdisciplinary craft of creating digital audiovisual and multimedia works.
Learning Outcomes
When students have completed a minor or major in the Media Production Program, they will be able to:
- EXPLAIN how media content can reflect and shape cultural conversations and movements.
- APPLY ethical considerations to formal creative choices and media production workflows.
- APPLY narrative structure and coherent aesthetic intention to information across a variety of digital media platforms.
- CREATE compelling images and sounds in layered sequence using professional production and post-production tools.
