Section 504 and ADA Coordinator

The student Section 504 and ADA coordinator (925-631-4164), is responsible for evaluating and working with qualified students regarding requests for reasonable accommodations.  All questions regarding alleged violations of College policy should be directed to the Title IX Coordinator and the College’s ADA coordinator.

Title IX Coordinator

It is the policy of the College to not discriminate on the basis of sex in its admissions policies, educational programs, activities or employment practices as required by Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments.  Inquiries regarding compliance with Title IX may be directed to the Title IX Coordinator or to the Director of the Office for Civil Rights, Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Washington, D.C.
