The department contributes to our Business Administration as well as our MBA, MS, and Executive DBA Programs in multiple disciplines. Our field focuses on organizational-level knowledge and therefore equips students with a holistic approach to businesses, along the lines of general managers. We endeavor to bring together multiple functional areas and disciplines when developing our students’ competencies in management and entrepreneurship. Our faculty members have expertise in Creativity, Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, Technology Management, Entrepreneurial Leadership, New Venture Creation and Financing, Strategic Management, Business Policy, International Business, Global and Cross-Cultural Management.
