ART 355 - Experimental Film/Video

Experimental Film + Video investigates the poetics of moving image as opposed to traditional narrative filmmaking. Students will explore alternative means of production, experiment with analog and digital materials, learn about the history and concepts associated with avant-garde filmmaking and video art, and create original works of art using time-based media.
