ART 301 - 3D Animation


Upper Division

This course introduces students to the creation of original animated works in a digital 3D environment. Projects will emphasize the principles of animation, 3D modeling, character design, keyframe and path animation, physics simulation, particle effects, camera techniques, and lighting. Alongside class projects, students will participate in software demonstrations, screenings, discussions, and critiques to develop both technical expertise and critical insight.
