ART 155 - Digital Foundations


Lower Division

Digital Foundations introduces the tools, techniques, and concepts employed by contemporary artists in the production of digital and computer-based artwork. Course topics may include computer animation, video, sound, digital photography, glitch, interactive art, and AI. Through class discussion, technical demonstration, and artmaking, students will gain hands-on experience on how to utilize digital media as creative tools.
